Marina joined the Center in 2018 as a communications associate. She is passionate about social justice and the dismantling of oppressive systems. In particular, she is dedicated to empowering communities by uplifting the voices of marginalized peoples. Before joining the Center, Marina worked at the SDSU Center for Student Rights and Responsibilities, the SDSU Research Foundation, and the Feminist Majority. She is a proud alumnus of Gamma Rho Lambda National Sorority—Beta Chapter. In her free time, Marina loves cooking and reading.
B.A. in Intercultural Communication, minor in English from the University of New Mexico in 2018.
