Ms. Archuleta joined the Center in March 2017 to support the organization’s expanding communications efforts. Before joining the Center, she was communications officer for U.S. Programs at Open Society Foundations where she oversaw communications work on issues that included drug policy, democracy, equality, black male achievement, and economic advancement. Prior to her work at the foundation, she was a media associate at the national ACLU where she managed media plans and messaging on women’s rights, immigrants’ rights, racial justice, and voting rights. Ms. Archuleta grew up in Espanola, New Mexico.
